On line TM30 reporting

11 January 2020 successfully applied for registration to report tm 30 online.

Received login credentials immediately.

Did this in my GF name as it is for her house.

Today I went to login was asked to change password...did so successfully. Gf gave me login details.

Have just spent better part of one and half hours trying to input my information.

When I try to save I get Error message saying IMPORT DATA IN SEQUENCE (1) Is incorrect .

I cannot for the life of me figure out what they are referring to. I have double checked all my information. It is correct.

There is a section at the beginning that asks to IMPORT DATA FROM EXCEL FILES: then a box which days CHOOSE FILE then next to that it says No File Chosen.

Then a blue button saying IMPORT EXCEL.

What excel file are they asking for?

Has anyone registered their TM 30 through this portal? And perhaps can suggest what I might be screwing up?

Just to be clear

This is not the App

This is online with the Immigration Bureau.

Feeling frustrated as I need to do this before midnight tonight. 12 Jan 2020.

Many thanks in advance if you can help.

Last query

I input #4 (NON-1 YEAR) as my visa type. It was the only one remotely close to my non immigrant OA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is struggling with reporting their TM30 registration online due to an error related to data import sequences despite having entered correct information. They seek guidance on how to navigate the online platform, particularly regarding an unclear Excel file requirement and whether an app could facilitate the process. Multiple commenters provide advice, suggesting that using the TM30 app may simplify the reporting and that the Excel section is optional for individual reports.

umm, you NEED to get the receipt back (which is why you put a self addressed stamped envelope IN the envelope you mail to the immigration office) :/

Using the phone app is easier. They have it in English. Just be sure to take a photo of the page stating you had reported as it will disappear after a couple of days.

it will NOT disappear EVER, :O You have the ability to delete a TM30 filing within 24 hours of you filing it online

What you need to do is save the data then go in and use the "search" function to look up a previously filed using the date you filed the TM30.. (you can search a 7 day window of ANY two dates) and you can call up ANY TM30 ever filed for that address that way

IF you are using CHROME (especially with the auto-translation turned on) you will get an error message.

Hi

I have recently reported my TM30 online again using the website. I also got caught up in the excel stuff. You don't need to use excel, it's there for hotels who do bulk reports. Scroll down past that and you'll find the section where you can add a single person. Oh, and only fill in the mandatory (red asterisk) fields. Hope this helps.

I registered through this portal and changed password there as well, but use the TM30 app on Android to actual do our reporting. Scan passport (double check and correct the scanned as some data often wrong) , add the other data such as visa type, entry point, TM6, etc. and save. Then use the reporting function of the app to call up the reports, do a screen dump and print off. Have done it a number of times for me (British passport) and wife (German passport). Good luck.

I was able to register the Girlfriend's house and receive a password only 2 hours later. YES, the filling out is VERY tricky . . I surely understand a lot of people fail with this. You MUST have a thai speaking & reading person siding you when you fill it out for the first time (unless you are capable of reading Thai)

Thanks for a comprehensive answer. Even If I could find the damn Tm30 on the play store (which I cant) My gf flew off today on a trip and is unable to assist today.

I think I will have to drive to Sei Racha immigration tomorrow and do it in person. I'm assuming using thecTM 30 app She would need to receive the login credentials. ???

1) you must use the App; 2) let your Thai gf to sort out the all thing with the immigration officer at the helpline; 3) only do things by yourself if you don’t have Thai gf; 4) if the latter, good luck !

uhum, pot and kettle, read your opening post ! "1) you must use the App". This is incorrect so I merely pointed out it can be done online using the immigration site and not just using the App. Maybe you will now stop trolling?

@David ******
the hotels are one thing, a private person quite another. What a silly comment 😂

I (well, my wife on my behalf) use the App and is extremely easy, it takes 5 min to report each time we are back in the country. Literally 5 min.
