Does anybody know why my 90 day online could be rejected ? I did it many times in person. This is the first time after I reentered with an reentry visum about 90bdays ago. It is 12 days BEFORE the actual due date.
Hello, everything else like 90 days reporting online (again)... ;)
edit: We've already done it a couple of times after doing it in person the first time.
Just did our 90 days reporting online. Mine got approved within an hour, but my husband got rejected! No reason mentioned this time. No typo, TM30 informed two days ago after returning from incountry trip (I do this myself). I even waited a day longer due to holiday on Monday to get sure they got informed about TM30.
Can I try do do it online only for my husband tomorrow online again or does he have to go to the immigration in person? TIA for any help.
Writing here to confirm it is indeed possible to do your 1st online 90 day report using the online website. I came in on an exempt 30 day and then got a O Spouse visa based on being married to a Thai national and then got the year extension. The officer at CW said to do the 90 day report online and with nothing to lose, I gave it a go with a week before it was due.
Interestingly my first try was rejected after 4 days and we questioned ourselves as to why and thought maybe a overnight trip to a Hua Hin hotel might have affected my normal, long term address. So we re-did the TM30 online again and then I applied for a fresh 90 day report and after 1 day it was accepted.
So it’s worth trying it online rather than slugging it out to CW! Hope this helps others 👍😀🇹🇭
Ps. I have done all types of 90 day reporting, mail, in person and now online as I have previously had multiple O-A visas. This was a fresh return to Thailand after a lengthy covid absence. 😀🇦🇺🇹🇭
Hi, sorry annoying post about 90days report again, just did it on my phone like the past few times and it has been rejected this time (not approved) i got my two years extension last month based on Non B, is there any relation to my visa extension maybe?
Hi, I have used both the online and in-person route of 90 day reporting. The last time I went in April, the online system was down. It is now fixed, but when I go to check my status on the website, it shows the previous times I've done it online (last time in late Oct. 2020), but not the next two times I did in person. I have the in-person receipts, so no big deal as far as records go, but my question is:
1. Will I be able to use the online system next time in July? Or will I not be able to since my last report was not updated into the system? I live an hour and a half away from the office, so if I cannot do online I want to mail the application. However... it looks like if I want to try doing it online, I have to wait until I'm within 15 days, but if it doesn't work and I should mail instead, my application "must be sent to the Immigration office at least 15 days before the due date of notification" (according to imm. website). Which would mean:
1. I would have to post it before I can try online, correct?
Anyone know what is involved in the 90 day reporting on a retirement visa ,I'm doing it in Phuket ,can you do the report online if it's first time or only go to Phuket Town Immigration office ?
Hi, trying to do my 90 day-report using the Immigration application. I've been to Muang thong thani immigration once already with this passport so I don't understand why that message pops up. Any idea? TIA
