TM.30 Online Reporting - Phuket: Went through the online process to register for the Online TM.30 for Phuket using Chrome on Win10. Wife (German) and I (British) have own condo in Phuket. Added scans of Blue Book, Chinote and my passport.

Initially rejected our email address (we have our own domain) so we had to use an old Hotmail address we had. Once we noticed the automatic email to confirm our email address (hidden away in the Hotmail funk folder), and a couple of days delay for the King's birthday, user ID and password was issued first working day. On first logon, we had to change the password, which was painless. We are currently out of the country, but on our return in a few weeks, will give it a go registering our return using the system. Will save us about 8-10 trips to immigration a year.

Thanks for all the excellent advice on here.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully registered for the TM.30 Online Reporting system in Phuket while using a Windows 10 Chrome browser. They encountered an issue with their email address, which led them to use an old Hotmail address instead. After a slight delay and finding the confirmation email in the spam folder, they received their user ID and password. They plan to use this system to manage their immigration reporting, significantly reducing the number of trips to the immigration office.
