It's basic stuff, account name, account number and something like "Mr Blogs has 1mthb in his account. With the date. If your if your feeling cute ask them to address it too "The immigration officer at xxx"

ATM option would work, but they only allow for 20kthb to 30kthb per withdrawal, depending on the bank.

What are my options for obtaining a new visa after making a mistake with my marriage visa in Thailand?

I did this once on a thai spouse visa, I paid a bill from the wrong account, but realised 20 minutes later and correct it, the immigration lady asked what happened I told her and she overlooked it, but I guess it will depend on the amount and if you corrected it quickly.
