I thought I read it right. “LTR (long term residency) visa is your answer”. Well, it’s not his best answer if talking about the wealthy pensioner LTR, which you didn’t specify which LTR you were recommending. So I don’t think anyone needs any blame here. But if there must be blame, color me guilty. 🤷🏼‍♂️

at the age of 43 you cannot apply for a Non-Imm-O retirement visa. You need to be 50 years to be able to obtain it, regardless if you are retired or not
