Come to Surin province. I holiday in a small village and the people are great. Never any problems. Hospitals everywhere in Thailand. Always to see the real Thai people. Away from the tourist areas.

Make sure you have a balcony and can open the door. The first hotel I booked had a balcony, lucky I called them only to hear that they have screwed the windows and doors closed. Always call them first to confirm everything.

I stayed at Casa Vimaya in Bangkok for under $200 AUD. Australian dollars. Great service and you get your pcr test as soon as you check in. Results by 8:30am.

The closest immigration office near where you are staying. Easy process, just remember to take some passport size photos with you. I did mine last year and only took about 30 minutes.

At the moment the percentage of it happening to you is 0.13%. Very unlikely. Just keep your mask on and social distancing.

Test and go hotel must be paid in full before applying for Thailand pass. I have just arrived in Bangkok and staying at casa Vimaya. Very nice and helpful people. When I arrived, went straight to the Covid test. Make sure you get a room with a balcony. Beware on the plane there are many grubs not wearing a mask.
