How long does it take to process the 60 Day tourist e-visa (TR)? Do I need to hand in my passport or will I receive the visa sticker at the airport?

Should I apply for the ThaiPass first? (Therefore flights, the Sha++ hotel and insurance).

Also, any advice/tips on booking Sha++ hotels in Phuket?

Hey,

My mother in law currently needs to get out to Thailand to see my brother in law who has had a bad accident and is currently in hospital and has been for a week.

We are flying from the UK.

Can you please advise what we need to get out there?

Thanks

Now that the new improved (!) test & go procedure has been gazetted and will be officially launched on 1 Feb, I have two questions.

Firstly, is there an official or reputable website for booking SHA++ hotels for the day 1 and day 5 tests?

Secondly, are any Thai insurance companies selling a recognised USD $50k product that includes both symptomatic (hospital) and asymptomatic (quarantine hotel) Covid 19 scenarios?

If anyone can share information and links, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My Chinese girlfriend is arriving on 18th January in BKK with a visa on arrival which gives her a 15 day stay.

She will therefore be applying for the 60 DAYS VISA EXTENTION FOR REASONS OF COVID.

She would like to book a SHA++ hotel near the immigration office most suitable to apply for this.

Could anyone suggest the location or address?

Thanks!

Question re sha++ (or is it ASQ++) in Bangkok.

On Agoda there are several ++ hotels showing free cancellation also pay at hotel. If the booking is made in this way is the proof of booking accepted for the Thai pass. Also has anyone got any recommendations for these hotels in Bangkok not too far from the airport, where the whole experience was fairly painless.

Many thanks 🙏
