I would never be comfortable with a visa renewal scheme where I had to trust banks to reliably transfer ฿65k every month - so it’s ฿800k for me at 2.5% annual interest.

I doubt any immigration office anywhere requires you to make a withdrawal in order to renew a marriage visa.

I think you might misunderstand the procedure.

Marriage visa requires ฿400,000 bank balance, right?.

Maybe you have to deposit ฿1 on the day of the application to show an updated bank book?

Different provinces sometimes different rules.
