yeah I know, my next is due 14th , I'm going to Vietnam to avoid Songkran , back on 19th. So next one now due in July.

"Why?"...Seem to have got along without it for the past 2 years. If you reside here it's just more duplication, TM8 when you leave, TM6 on return, not forgetting TM30 within 24hrs. Only upside is 90 day clock is reset.

I agree with you, it does say "3 Days Before Arrival" and I don't understand some of the replies here. If it's as good as the 90 day reporting site..........

150K Thai Tax Allowance. (120K Marriage Allowance ) is what I quoted.

UK Pensioners should bear in mind the following Annual allowances: Thb 120k Marriage Allowance. 190k Over 65 and 150k Thai Tax Allowance . I was the 1st at my local Revenue Office. They didn't have a clue LOL.!

Going to be there a long time explaining DTA!

I live in Bangkok I have traveled all over Thailand, staying in Hotels. I have never filed a new TM30 on returning home, and have never had any issues with 90 day reports or renwel of extensions. The ONLY time I did a new TM30 was on my return from Vietnam.

Me neither Steve, traveled in country 2 or 3 times a year. Only time I do one is if we go to Vietnam. Never had any issues. AT CW Bangkok. I understood this was now the case if you are staying in country and returning to your home address?
