Unfortunately, immigration offices seem to all have differing rules. From posts I have read in the past it seems the “country” offices do things different than the city offices.

 is correct. Did my renewal w a joint account and the required amount was 1.6m. Luckily it was not a surprise when I renewed, but might be for others.

You can also download a separate browser just for 90 day, don't add ANY extensions, and clear the cache and cookies prior to going to the immigration website.

Had a few friends that this cleared up their issues.

Wonder if this new "glitch" and reset will allow me to go back to online reporting. Got a new US passport right before my last 90. Did that report in person. Will post a follow up if it works.

 it is my understanding from my visa renewal that it can be a joint account, but the amount has to be double if the account is joint.
