Did my 1st 90 day report w the new passport this morning at Jomtien. Took both passports. Turned out to be a good idea as the IO scanned my last 90 day receipt, which was in the old passport. New receipt has the new passport number on it.

In and out in 5 minutes. About 30 people in the lobby at 1:20, nobody waiting for 90 day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user successfully completed their first 90-day report at the Jomtien immigration office using both their old and new passports. The immigration officer scanned the last 90-day receipt from the old passport, which helped, as the new report reflects the new passport number. The process was quick, taking only five minutes despite around 30 people present in the lobby.
