Hello Dear members! A quick question for you. I'm about to send my 90 day report by registered mail today or tomorrow and noticed this handwritten note on my latest receipt of notification. Not clear as to what it means. Should we send the original receipt along with the TM47 and other required documents, or is a copy sufficient? I'm not sure if the officer meant that I don't have to send the original, or if I didn't send the original in my last report...

Thanks in advance for your precious help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether to send the original receipt or a copy for the 90-day report submission to immigration. Responses indicate that the original receipt should be sent with the TM47 form and other required documents, while it’s advisable to keep a copy for personal records, potentially useful for future visa extensions.

Make a copy and send the original. You will (most likely) need the copy when applying for your next extension.

If YOU wanna keep a copy of the 90 day report receipt you can BUT you need to SEND them the original one in your packet.

when you mail in a 90 day report you need copies of these things AND the original receipt from the previous report

Filled out TM47

previous original 90 day report receipt

copies of

data page of your passport

visa/extension

most recent entry stamp

TM 6 departure card

TM30 receipt

And a self addressed stamped return envelope.
