Sequence of emails from 90 day online reporting. .

People ask all the time if they were approved when they filed their 90 day report online. This is how that works

When you file a 90 day report using the online web portal, the minute you submit it you get an email confirming you FILED a report online

That initial email is headered like this

[𝗧𝗠.𝟰𝟳] (𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗡𝗢 : *) 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝟵𝟬 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗗

That does not mean it was approved, doesn't mean it was rejected, just means they received your online 90 day report application and will process it

Then you wait to get one of two emails

You will either get this one

[𝗧𝗠.𝟰𝟳] (𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗡𝗢 : *) 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝟵𝟬 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗

which will have a PDF in it of your 90 day report receipt showing your next due date (which you print out and put in your passport)

OR

you will get this one

[𝗧𝗠.𝟰𝟳] (𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗡𝗢 : *) 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝟵𝟬 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗

which means for some reason (usually noted in the email) the report was not approved

You can apply again if you're within the window to apply, I once had to apply 4 times (was denied 3 times) because I couldn't get the address to match the TM30 exactly but got approved on the 4th try

Good Evening

A question on 90 days check in / TM47 via the online portal

Feb 27 ( last week ) did my first 90 day online check in ( December I did my first one in person )

With the TM47 online check in I received an email acknowledging they received my information along with a PDF copy

- Am I also expected to receive another email saying that it’s “ All ok “ ?

- receive an email if there is an issue ?

- Or - receive no more emails meaning my PDF copy is all that I am getting .

Thank you 🙏

For those of you who use the Phuket Town office for 90 day reports and TM30 updates please note that the drive through has closed. This means that you have to go in to Room 101 to do these now.

This obviously increases the workload in that office so it gets busy.

You should try to use the online systems to speed up your reporting or updates or failing that use the satellite offices at Patong or Blue Tree which are traditionally much quieter than the main office.

You can also get extensions for tourist visa or visa exempt entries in these satellite offices.

FYI. I did my 90 day residence online like I did last time. It was rejected so I tried again. Rejected. I drove the 1 hour drive to Korat and was in and out of immigration in less than 10 minutes. All good. The explanation was that since I went to the US for 10 days in that span, I could not use the online system. And yes, I went to Korat the day I got home to check in.

[90-day report and my past stay]

Hi guys I am wondering if I can submit my 90-day report online. I am on DTV now but have never submitted 90-day reports yet. I heard I need to do it in person if it is the first time. However, I stayed in Thailand for 7 months or so with a work permit before, working for a company in Thailand. Also I stayed for a year with an ED visa. I believe I did 90-day reports on those visas. So I wonder if I still have to go to the immigration or can do online for this time with my DTV.

Thank you for your help.

Just submitted my first ever 90 day checkin online. Approved within 3 minutes via email.

FYI for anyone considering that route. Super easy and quick! 🙌

Create an account here:

[members only]/

Then make sure you have your TM30 handy and transcribe the information to the TM47 form online.

Click submit.

Done. ✅

90 day report. If you are doing it in person at the IO it is 2 weeks before and 1 week after the date? Correct?
