I guess you’ve never watched the sopranos….…but some agents do loan the money to the person wanting the money for the vested amount of time (2 months, 1 week, etc) but they charge a fee for their money loaned to you for a short duration of time…the terms can be eye popping for services rendered…good luck

It’s up to the airline…the airline is on the hook to get you to your home of record (HOR) so some will allow but some won’t allow you to board…
