The 90 day report is complicated…if you stay in Thailand for the 90 days then yes you do…if you travel out of Thailand within the 90 days then it resets to day 1 the day you enter back into Thailand…on the first 90 day report you have to do in person after that you can do online…bank acct most likely its impossible to open one with the DTV at the moment…there are apps you can D/L if you want to partake in the QR code scanning

Do you qualify for the Thailand's Universal Health Coverage (UHC)…if you do take full advantage of it

technically there are zero limits on border entrances either via land sea or air…so just border bounce forever

It all depends on how you define scam…every visa you do by yourself without an agent needed at all

If she or her family have a tambien ban (blue house book) for the properties all she has to do is be on one or more…with that you can use your Non-O visa to be registered at your local Amphur office to get a yellow house book and the Thai Pink ID card which makes life a little bit easier

From posts that I have seen it’s basically 99.5% impossible to open a Thai bank acct with the DTV at the moment…if you’re just looking to pay with the QR scanning there are apps you can D/L to facilitate that…health insurance is not required but I would recommend getting at least a travel insurance…if you want to bypass reporting at your local Sotomor just do border bounces as opposed to showing all the necessary documentation to the I/O at your local Sotomor prior to the visa needing a renewal…good luck

If you don’t have the ฿400k for the bank acct the agents will give you an eye popping interest rate to season the money…then if you still don’t have it at your extension time you’re in for another eye popping interest rate from the agent to season the money again…basically you will be in debt forever
