Hi all, I'm currently applying for the DTV visa using the medical category from the US and I am trying to find a reputable hospital or doctor that will do virtual consultations and establish treatment plan and issue a letter for the visa. Has anyone had any success on finding a hospital/doctor that will meet you virtually?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for a hospital or doctor in Thailand that offers virtual consultations to establish a treatment plan and provide a letter required for the DTV visa. However, responses indicate challenges in finding a doctor who will issue a treatment plan without an in-person meeting. Suggestions include prominent hospitals in Bangkok, such as Bumrungrad, Medpark, and Bangkok Hospital, with some users advocating for coming to Thailand first to conduct research on treatment options.

Download the Bumrungrad app, register your account and schedule an appointment with a doctor that treats your medical condition. They are professional enough to not write you a letter if you just make a random appointment for a headache. I only used the service once after having side effects from prescription medicine the doctor gave me. I am in medical treatment in Bangkok since long before the DTV was announced

Just come here and do your research and get several treatment plans. Then choose one and ask for the letter, just like you would so to shop for any service. Then fly to Vietnam and apply for your DTV.

No doctor in Thailand will write a treatment plan without physically meeting you here in their office. You come here, get tested, then a treatment plan is agreed on, and written up. That is the only way.
