With respect to financials, the BOI needs to see a yearly income if at least $80,000 I was able to do this by investing in a special retirement annuity that paid out immediately and provided a certificate which BOI accepted.

As a word of caution, it took 8 months to obtain our LTR’s as the BOI kept requiring additional information including attested proof that my wife and I were still married (I chose the sponsorship route to minimise the income requirement)

, spot on! I am 80 and mist insurers not interested. I got good cover exceeding LTR requirements at a reasonable cost, all on-line and with direct conversations with an actuary to discuss medical results which I volunteered in the spirit of transparency.

, both options exist. Download the Line phone App then once you have the App running search for “Smart Visa Thailand” All information is there but it takes some digging!

Same here in Chiang Mai but at Central Festival Immigration. My wife got her Non O retirement and last entry stamp only plus a new multiple re-entry stamp.

True. One night in BK and my online 90 day reporting was screwed but drive through or Central Festival with TM47 form, no problem!

Jermaine, as a digital creator you need to channel your aggressiveness into more socially acceptable patterns of behaviour. Once you become an adult you may be able to appreciate that honey garners more appealing results than vinegar.

So many people asking you questions in an attempt to understand your problem and maybe offer some useful input but you don’t have the decency to reply!
