We are trying to decide between a new SUV. She wants a Toyota Fortuner. I am leaning towards a Ford Everest. I'm looking for opinions and pros/cons about them both.

My research shows that the Everest is favorable, but I want to hear it from those who might have had either one or can direct me to a group to learn more.

Edit: this is for driving in the city. Not for offroad or all terrain use.
