think you are the troll as you clearly dont know how things work. The 15 days is for under consideration then you go back for 45 day stamp. You obviously want to try to live here by any means using covid extension even though its possible to fly anywhere now , or ed visa.

complicated and near impossible here apart from large stores, more so if costs passed to vendor. I have not found a card free for foreign use unless they have crap rates

as Joseph says will never work for tourists due no no thai bank and anyone using Visa or Mastercard would be mad to use it for small transactions unless it was free, which it won't being foreign transaction
