Just had an email from Thai Visa Center. Has anyone used them? Anyone happy to chat on PM? Thanks

Don't know if they're good or bad but the first alarm bell - it was unsolicited. For most things, you don't need an agent.

I've used Thai Visa Centre before, they were really excellent. I have no idea if that's who contacted you, or if this exact company does marketing in that manner. If you need an agent I would contact them directly, not through that email..in case they've hijacked the real place's system.
