yeah I find the same. Most countries need an outward ticket within the 60 day visa, but if you are going to extend to 90 days this ticket is then useless. They won’t accept one booked at 90 days even though they are aware you can extend your stay. Stupid really.

These days agoda/ bookings. Com will take most of the rental money, if not the rental agent will,and maintenance / strata the rest. Not a good investment to make money. But may provide you with the lifestyle you want.

Khon kaen immigration also announce Friday the 28th as a holiday on their website. Not sure about other offices.

About 30 years ago when I first started travelling Thailand and Asia in general, my father would say to me. Just remember where you are girl. And I would tell him I feel safer in Bangkok at 2 in the morning than I do in Perth. Yeah sure there is a chance someone may hold you up for your things. But that’s logical. People in Perth just beat people up for no reason at all.
