My online 90-day report was just rejected because Immigration has a hotel address on file from my recent weekend getaway. Do ñes my landlord need to redo/reissue the TM-30 or can I just go to Immigration and show them my existing TM-30 document with my home address?

Not sure how bad the situation really is but this may become an issue for Soft Power DTV to show proof of being able to sustain oneself for 5 years in Thailand. And yes I am aware that there is no income requirement specified for the Soft Power DTV....yet!

Landed in BKK with my DTV. Used Fast Track because of the horrible experience I had on my last visit. No issues. Glad to be back.

Re-entry permits.

I have entered on a 90 retirement visa, so I could open a bank account etc, but will be returning home after 41 days.

Can I get a single re-entry permit at BKK, or my local IO, and come back in September using my original 90 day, plus re-entry permit?

Or is there a validity period for single permits once issued, if my plan is ok that is?

Hi

I have a “non-immigrant O” extension of stay based on retirement. I have been renewing via an agent every year at a cost of about 17000 Baht. I think the doors are closing on agents depositing and withdrawing 800,000 in the banks. Every month I deposit more than 65000 into Bangkok bank and it shows as “Foreign T/T”.

My question is: Can I use the statements showing those monthly deposits to renew my “visa” myself?

In the context of a Retirement Visa.

Is operating a US based business remotely considered working?

Hello there,

You guys know if having lots of stamps (due to constant border runs) on my passport could be reason to get my DTV denied?

Thank you!
