I do know this,but due to covid most of the amphurs were closed. We had a booking for Sam phran amphur yesterday @2pm we got there at 13:30 with all the required documents but were given the run around and sent from one person to the next only to be told at 16:30 that we were not able to do a marriage certificate there. That is why I’m asking if anyone has recently received a marriage certificate from any given amphur as I don’t want to waste time like that again.

I got the error message to contact immigration, I’m using windows and google Crome. I had the auto fill on but typed in all the info.

yes, it takes me to the first page filled in my name, passport number and tm number clicked accept and took me back to the first page.

There is a photo and printing service, but I would suggest getting photos ,printing all the documents and having them filled out beforehand.
