Hi guys, just a question on the chiang khong crossing in chiang rai, can South African passport holders do an in and out border bounce there?

S/A passport holders should have no problem getting a Lao visa on arrival because you can get them at the Nong Khai/Vientiane and the Mukdahan/Savannakhet borders no problem.
