What documents are required for the emergency COVID extension at Muang Thong Thani immigration?

I got 2 weeks in Udon Thani. They said to come back for the additional two weeks..

I did it yesterday in chaeng wattana it was the same of one normal extension plus the letter from the embassy they gave me one stamp to one more week and it says i am under consideration i have to back there take the risk again to be infected and probably they will charge me more 1900 baht but its fine

Extension de visa exceptionnelle - COVID 19 - Chiang Mai

Apres plusieurs jours de coups de fils à l'ambassade Française (que je remercie et à qui je souhaite du courage), J'ai obtenu mon certificat de demande d'extension de visa du au virus Corona.

Je me rend donc ce matin de bonne heure et de bonne humeur à l immigration avec mon certificat et mes autres documents. Apres 4 heures d'attente dehors sous des tentes , je me vois enfin délivrer une extension exceptionnelle de 18 jours pour 1900 thb (sans aucun moyen d'avoir une explication) . N était-ce pas 30 jours qui étaient prévus au programme ?
