More problems with 90 day reporting online...

Twice I've been rejected previously for 'first report to be done in person...' even though I've been here nearly 10 years and never left the country?

Today a new one..!​ Rejected.. 'can only be submitted 15 days before until due date' even though I was exactly 7 days before, bang in the middle of required range??​🤔​

Thai IT​ and bureaucracy will never cease to amaze me...

I am trying to do the online 90day report but the website doesn’t take me past the first page, does anyone know if there is again a problem with the site? I have done a 90 day report at immigration before and I am with in the 15 days for allowed online reporting.

Sorry it's a newbie question from an old hand, but trying to do 90-day report online for the Nth time and still no joy. I previously reported in person many times (Chiang Mai). My report date is 9-Feb so I'm in the right timeframe to report online (14-7 days before). Using Google Chrome, fill in all the blanks correctly, click "Submit" and.. well, you know:

" For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

So to put it delicately, WTF? ;-)
