iv asked you questions before you seem knowledgeable, all other comments seem to be contradictory, some people say 500,000 in a Thai bank ? Most say 800,000 , some say it doesn’t have to be in a Thai bank as long as you can prove it’s been in there 3 months?, I think I need more time to think where I’m going to stay 1 year, can I come over on the 60 day (at the moment) , or if it changes to 30 ? , then apply for for the 90 day visa ? , give me more time , where are you ? , think I’m taking you with me , money & beers

If you get your 1year extension , do you still have to go out of the country once ?

but if u get a 90 day visa it only gives you 30 days to find get certificate and open bank account to get visa updated ?

I want this none o retirement visa , as when iv sold up (soon hopefully) , but need time to scout around before signing up for or buying a condo , but most of the sites iv visited say 800,000 baht in a Thai bank but to do this you need residency ie condo ? , will not except hotel till iv found or proof of rent ?, can I open a Thai bank account from uk before I get there ( uk) to do away with this ?

I don’t understand all of this ?, I want to move to Thailand , to do this I need a 90 day o visa ? , put £20,000 in a Thai bank , but this needs to be in there for 2 months before I can extend my visa , but if I need a long term residence & book ? , I was going to take that time to look around to pick a nice condo, and probably check into a cheap hotel in the meantime, but that doesn’t sound like the bank would except this , just sounds like one big circle to me ?
