There are real consequences that have nothing to do with Thailand, Thailand MFA, DCA, or the particular Thai Embassy/Consulate where a Thai E–Visa application was submitted, such as first-party fraud, chargeback blacklists for false chargeback claims, and credit score damage from false chargeback claims, but again,
Recent Paystubs showing full name and current address;
Current Lease Agreement /Contract of current location, or Recent Mortgage Payments of current location;
probably easier to ask in this Facebook Group: "if i have a/b/c document, then has anyone used a/b/c document as proof of address/location, etc. etc."
You will be providing Recent Bank Statements for that 500k Baht, and hopefully, has the same address as your current address, but doesn't necessarily have to be (up to the specific Thai Embassy/Consulate, even Thai Consular Official reviewing your Thai E–Visa application)....
Well, for the many years, decades even, of the have stayed and are staying in Thailand on Marriage Extensions, Retirement Extensions, Taking Care of a Thai Citizen Child Extensions, etc. all (nearly 80) local Thai Immigration Offices are very specific and precise about the minimum amount in a bank account (400k Baht, 800k Baht) for minimum and specific periods of time (seasoning of funds) in usually one(1) single bank account (e.g. if a joint name account, then usually Double the minimum amount would need to apply)....
Thus, not surprising that the funds requirement was rejected because of using 2 bank accounts, instead of one single bank account....
if the TM.30 is important to you (when potentially needing any service with a local Thai Immigration Office) and your current location isn't helpful, just find a new place to stay that would be helpful and specifically ask about their TM.30 details before staying/renting/signing/booking....
Anonymous participant 697 Unfortunately yes, the searching of FB Group Posts feature in the Mobile FB App has changed nowadays, where it's not as easy as before (just typing in the magnifying glass/looking glass), but, now, you also have to type in the "Posts from" field the name of this FB Group: "Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)"....
if you have at least 500k Baht in your bank account for at least a Full 30 days before applying for a DTV Extension at your local Thai Immigration Office, along with continuous proof of remote employment/freelance work or proof of attendance in activities of Thai Soft Power, and also perhaps other documentation that the local Thai Immigration Office demands of DTV Extension Requests, then go ahead and apply for a one-time DTV Extension for 180 days.
However, the local Thai Immigration Office may not even give you the actual DTV Extension when you submit your DTV Extension Request, but only an Under Consideration (U/C) Stamp and you have have to come back to that particular local Thai Immigration Office again to get your actual DTV Extension; or,
you may find out firsthand that your DTV Extension Request was Rejected at either the 1st visit or possibly 2nd visit and have to do a Border Bounce to extend your DTV Visa anyways....
non-public companies (private companies) at the USD$150 million in 3 years revenue class ( ~$50 mil/year in revenue) do need to submit financial statements (could audited or not) to various regulatory agencies (either national/central/federal level gov't or local/provincial/State/regional/county/district/city level gov't) besides the various tax filings and tax reports around the world....
i would ask your Company for something that they would be willing to provide for your Thailand LTR Visa Application; or,
do what Thai Citizenship or Thai Permanent Residency applicants often have to do:
the Company doesn't give you a copy of the Company's financials to submit to Thailand BOI, but the Company will directly provide a copy of their financial statements to Thailand BOI on behalf of your Thailand LTR Visa Application....
