What's the latest updates on the land borders with Cambodia?

Are there 3rd Country Passport crossing/using those Borders and are they able to get the full 60–Day Visa Exempt Stamp?

It seems that there are limits to specifically: Cambodia Passports making an overland crossing into Thailand only at the land borders which will get limited to 7 Days Stay (Visa Exempt Stamp), but if Cambodia Passports make Entry into Thailand via air at an Airport, then they still get the full 60 Days (Visa Exempt Stamp) and the same seems to apply for Thai Passports into Cambodia

Again, the question is about other foreign passports, but, personally, i would just use the land borders with Laos at this time

Also, it is important to note the change in operating hours (when land borders open and close) for the land borders with Cambodia at this time

TLDR : Answer Summary
The latest updates on the land borders with Cambodia indicate that there are restrictions on Cambodian passport holders making overland crossings into Thailand, limiting their stay to a 7-day Visa Exempt Stamp. In contrast, those entering via air can obtain the full 60-day Visa Exempt Stamp. The situation also applies inversely for Thai passports entering Cambodia. Recent comments reveal that Thai military has taken control of border crossings, with specific instructions from the Burapha Command affecting stay durations. Additionally, current operating hours for these land borders have changed.

The entry stamp on June 9th appears to have the wrong permission to stay date, it says it's a 60 day entry but the permission is only 7 days. I can't read the hand written notation under the stamp

it is correctly stamped with ผ.60–ม.17 , but as per the Orders of the Burapha Command of the Royal Thai Army, Thai Immigration is instructed to give a reduction of only 7 Days Stay to Cambodian Passports entering via land borders with Cambodia (this area [Border Checkpoint] of the land border is under Burapha Command)

However, if Cambodian Passports enter via air, or even other land borders (with other countries), then they get the normal (full) 60 Days

กกล. บูรพา or กองกำลัง บูรพา (กองทัพภาคที่ 1) = Burapha Command (1st Army Area)
