When can I convert my Non-O retirement visa obtained inside Thailand after arriving on a 60-day tourist stamp?

If you already have non o 90 days apply in thailand,and using yr stay in thailand with yr non o 90 days ,why worry abt yr 60 days visa exempt on arrival in yr passport.30 to 45 days b4 yr non o expire and go for 1 yr extention where you get yr non o.
