I did read his post and the two are closely linked together. Not being aware of the OP's exact circumstances I have covered all bases with my comment so MYOB.

when you go to get your newxextension many offices will notice you have not done 90 day report and could find you 2000 baht. If you continually leave the country within 90 days then it starts again when you re enter. If you apply fir new extension without up to date tm30 then, at best, you will get a ticking off.

Get the documents required from your landlady and register in her name so that you can then upload your details and file tm30 yourself. It takes a few minutes and my landlady is delighted she doesn't have to do it every few weeks. Yiu can then file 90 day report on line with no problems .

you may be assuming wrong as my ifficexand others require new tm30 after each domestic stay that files a tm30 for you. You also need to do tm30 and have the same address when you file tm47 on line if that is what you do.

File a tm30 on line before attempting another 90 day report. If the address used does not match the registered tm30 it will be rejected.

I have had very few problems with Grab drivers in Bangkok. Always arrive quickly and farexagreed in advance. I use Google maps to track the route and it has always worked perfectly. Even train journeys can be planned on Google maps and it makes it very easy.
