Ok my concern was if the money never arrived in your thai bank. If its a u.k bank its come from then if you had problems I would rather deal with a u.k than wise. But yes its cheaper

Personally for a large sum I would prefer a international bank transfer via my u.k bank for such a large amount. I know its more expensive but I wouldn't feel happy going through a third party. I use wise every week for smaller transactions.
