Can I do my daughter's 90 day reporting at a different office instead of Chang Watthana?

Hi! I tried doing my daughter’s 90 day reporting online, but it got denied, so I have to go in and do it in person. I really want to avoid going to Chang Watthana. Is there another office I can go to that might be more efficient? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is seeking alternatives to report their daughter's 90-day visa status in person, as their online submission was denied. The responses clarify that for Bangkok, reporting must be done at the office where the TM30 is filed, which is Chang Watthana. There are suggestions to consider retrying the online submission, making an appointment, or filing a TM30 before attempting the 90-day report again to avoid rejection.

File a tm30 on line before attempting another 90 day report. If the address used does not match the registered tm30 it will be rejected.

Sometimes the system glitches. Retry depending on how many days left on visa. Many have tried again and it's been successful.

are you doing the online reporting in the two-week window before the date on the slip?

Bangkok only allows you to do online from 15 days before the due date to 7 days before the due date. It's only a 1-week window for online submissions.

Somewhere I read you never have to go in person, but always can use plain old mail.

Maybe that is an alternative?

No, you cannot choose, you go where your TM30 is filed and for Bangkok that is CW
