Example I had to change offices due to moving to a different Provence, the information given to me was not the same as the first office,

As I'm sure we all know having dealt with different offices, one rule doesn't necessarily fit the other. I know here in bangkok is different from Chiang Mai.

Actually buddy there is, check the website,

I researched before coming out.

I also had advice given in government complex.

To ensure I did the right thing.

It states 3 months within a six month period,

I'm not sure on how strict they are with it.

You can stay in Thailand 6 months in one year with a tourist visa,

I think maximum is 3 months at a time within a six month period

Don't use an agent it will cost you 10 times what it should.

Jump onto the Thai government website I'm sure you will find the relevant information there and download the paperwork. Email to the employer, I think that would be the easiest way if you are not in Thailand
