I'll be arriving in Thailand on 17th Oct, Friday at 22:00 PM. I need to do TM.30, but Immigration will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. If I visit immigration on Monday to do the TM.30, will I be asked to pay fine of 1600 Baht since I didn't do it within 24 hours of my arrival?
I'm renting a condo, but I don't have any communication with the owner. My only communication is with the agent and the condo juristic persons. When I first rented the condo, the owner basically refused to take any responsibility for the TM.30 and asked me to contact the condo juristic for it to be taken care off.
Since then, my TM.30 has always been done by the condo juristic person, for a fee of 500 Baht (since I didn't wanted to visit the immigration myself to do it). But this time, the condo juristic person said that he can't do it on Saturday because the immigration will be closed. Can only be done on Monday and he's not sure if I'll need to pay any fines.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Will I be fined on Monday?
Hi all, just looking for some clarification on the Thai E-Visa website. I'm applying for the Non-O Visa based on marriage at the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet. I am currently in Thailand.
On the E-Visa website on step 4, "Supporting Documents", it asks for "Document indicating current location".
Would this be where I upload the Laos Visa once I enter Laos? Or would this be my current Thai location, such as my TM.30?
Does anyone have an explanation for a residence certificate that I've been told is required to open a bank account. This isn't a TM30 I've been told....🙏🏼
So here's the situation, I live in Samut Prakan and have used the TM.30 aligned with my condo for doing extensions and using it to report to immigration every time I re-enter Thailand. Recenlty I hit a snag where I mistook a 1 for a 7 and overstayed by three days. I immediately realised my error and went to the nearest immigration office to avoid paying higher fines. But we were on holiday at the time and had to create a new TM.30 from the hotel booking we had in the other province in order for me to get the extension.
Next month, I’ll be traveling to my home country. When I return to Thailand, will I be able to use the original TM.30 receipt of notification from my Samut Prakan address at the Samut Prakan Immigration Office? Or did the TM.30 from the other province automatically void the old one, meaning I’ll need to submit a new one?
Hi folks, I've got a bit of a niche question... When applying for a Residence Certificate in Bangkok, Immigration asks for a "Copy of receipt of notification", in other words, a TM.30
Does anyone know if I need to obtain the actual TM.30 form that Immigration stamp and sign (prior to my booking time), or is the printed website page from my landlord sufficient in this instance?
How long do you have to report residence after arrival ? Yes I know the property owner has to do it but my lady has never done it so getting all the info sorted so we get it right Thanks
