True, it could happen with other banks too. But at the moment Bangkok Bank is the one in the spotlight, and that’s already damaging their reputation. Luckily, we have other alternatives beyond Thai banks anyway :)
Honestly, this policy will just push people to other banks or alternatives. Freezing someone’s account without prior notice is unacceptable, and in the end Bkk Bank will lose more than its customers
