Hi everyone!

I'm going to Laos soon for my visa . When I get back to Thailand, do I have to do the tm30 myself or should the owner do it?

Thanks 🙂

TLDR : Answer Summary
When returning to Thailand after a visa run to Laos, the responsibility for filing the TM30 form falls on the property owner. However, if the owner does not file it, the renter might face consequences, leading some renters to prefer filing it themselves, provided they have the necessary documents from the landlord.

although the owner is responsible if its not done your the one that gets screwed

so i just as easy to do it urself 🙂

cant think of any reason, (unless the landlord wont give you a copy of their id card and house paper), You couldn't do it urself

The owner of the property is responsible. You might not even be able to do it yourself.

Thanks for your answer 🙂👍 If I understand correctly, I have to inform the owner when I return to Thailand right?

you should ask the owner to file a new TM30. Just telling them you returned doesn't mean anything
