I can project ahead that we would probably be able to get all this stuff done and be leaving about the 17th-21st of December but that is a estimate.

The e-Visa asks for a "Intended" date of arrival and a date of departure.

How important is it that I put the exact date I will be arriving?

That is certainly what I believe is the spirit of the guideline/rule but, is that how it in fact works i an unanswered question as yet.

Yeah, so the former would be the process by which I will be applying to enter. First step would be to apply for a Visa then no? If/when I am granted a visa, how long do I have from then to complete the rest of the process before that Visa approval is invalid?

For the ASQ, I found a website that seems to list ASQ hotels but there is no details for pricing etc.. Any leads on (links) to a site or resource that I can use to find an ASQ?
