Does the date of last vaccination need to be 21+ days before applying for the Thailand Pass or 21+ days before the date of entry?

Ie. Can I fly to the US, get my J&J and the vaccine card and then use that card to apply for a entry 21+ days later?

14 days is the minimum for the J&J so on that 15th day you can fly

Also, I need to apply for a Visa for myself, my partner and my son.

I can project ahead that we would probably be able to get all this stuff done and be leaving about the 17th-21st of December but that is a estimate.

The e-Visa asks for a "Intended" date of arrival and a date of departure.

How important is it that I put the exact date I will be arriving?

Oh... I just noticed that it asks for a flight number. So I suppose that means I would need to book the flights before applying for a Visa?

i believe you just give a flight number google one around your intended date of travel.

This e visa is causing so many problems

I believe you need to have been vaccinated 14 days prior to travel. Not 14 days prior to applying for your ThailandPass.

That is certainly what I believe is the spirit of the guideline/rule but, is that how it in fact works i an unanswered question as yet.

I haven't found an answer.

As I am in Thailand and haven’t tried the entry system for years I can’t confirm. I only relay the rules that I see from posts on these forums. If you need an unequivocal answer then you probably need to check outside of Facebook.
