TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, there are no special documentation requirements for flying from Phuket to Bangkok with Thai Smile Air. Passengers need only their boarding pass and ID, and several travelers have confirmed that no COVID tests or additional documents were requested at the time of their flights.
