What should I do if my Thai Pass application incorrectly states my departure country?

Okay... I messed these Thai Pass's up good.

We are Canadian but are departing from USA. We had been in Mexico for a couple months and came to USA to get our 21 days.

I applied for myself, my GF and my son.

Then, I realized that I had forgot to include the insurance policy number on my application and so I re-applied for mine.

Then a few days ago I realized that I had provided the wrong page from AXA and so I re-applied for my GF and for my son.

I was unable to re-apply for myself because I already had two applications in.

A couple days ago my sons came in on the original application in which I had provided the wrong AXA page.

Everything looks fine and it says departing from USA.

Then, mine came in from my original application and it looks fine as well and says departing from USA.

Then this morning my GF's came in and hers says departing Canada.

My second one came in and it says departing from Canada and I expect any day my sons will come in again and his will also say departing from Canada.

What now?

1st does it matter?

If it does matter, will mine and my sons first Thai Pass be usable?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with multiple applications for the Thai Pass, resulting in incorrect departure information on their girlfriend's pass and potential future passes for their son. Several comments suggest that as long as they have the correct documentation and can verify their details upon arrival in Thailand, they should be fine. The conversation also touches on the importance of the correct insurance documentation.

Which is the right insurance ? The English version or thai version ? Axa provides both

if you have the pass and can show supporting docs on arrival for PCR Hotel booking, covid insurance printed out and the date of arrival is correct chill. It wont be a problem

at least he didn't comment "I don't know". That would have been word class useless.

okay. That’s fair. I guess it’s possible to make an even more useless comment 😀

Just use whatever is the correct version. Nobody is keeping track of the wrong versions or how many attempts you made.

Perfect! SO I will use the first one that says departing from the USA and keep both/all just in case

That is one of the things I am wondering...

If the first one became null when the second (departing Canada) one was issued?

is it not possible to scan them with a QR reader ? Check to see what link they produce. Maybe one of them will come up invalid 🤷‍♂️

No. It's very common to have multiple applications since the system worked so poorly initially.

The people at the airport and immigration just need to scan a QR code. Make sure the info on that is correct and you're fine.

I’ve got 2 as well. Actually no one ever scanned this code 😁 don’t worry to much. The airline and whoever will just check that u even have it

@Timm ********
they scan the code at the airport in Bangkok.
Timm *********
Yes but no one else ever scanned it. And my QR says I'm actually came out of Germany, even my flight came from Switzerland via Singapore. They don’t care…
