I am reapplying for my Thai Pass.  Can someone confirm for me which of the two documents from AXA that I submit?

You can’t re apply the Thailand pass has been suspended until January 4, December 21st was the last day to apply.

no. That’s not true. Test and go has. I just received a new Thailand Pass last night only an hour after re-applying

dude. It’s not luck. Thailand pass is not “Test and Go”. They aren’t synonymous.

A Thailand pass is the pass that confirms your eligibility to enter Thailand under one of three entry schemes. “Tests and Go” (suspended), AQ Alternative Quarantine and Blue Zone Quarantine. I reapplied for a Thailand pass for Alternative Quarantine.

You may have rec’d 2 files , one might be the certificate verifying coverage and the other claim forms. As Beth indicated, only the certificate needs to be uploaded
