 you are confusing two different visas and getting the actual requirements for the visa wrong. Go do some research on Non-O visa requirements.

 utter nonsense. Go and actually read the requirements and learn something. The Non-O has no insurance requirements and it’s 65k NOT 75k for the monthly financials.
