Hello everyone!

I have a couple of quick questions:

1. If someone has stayed more than 90 days in 2025, does this reset on January 1, 2026, allowing them to re enter and stay up to 90 days again?

2. If I apply for a tourist visa through the Thailand Immigration website and it is approved, will the Immigration Officer in Thailand honor it without any issues?

3. When applying for a visa through the website, what is the maximum number of days that can be requested? Is it still 60 days, or can 180 days be requested?

4. The application asks me to upload a “Document indicating current location.” Could you share a few examples of what would qualify?

Thank you in advance for your help. 🙏

Hii everyone,

For the Soft Power DTV visa, you need to leave the country every 6 months, and then you can return and stay for another 6 months. But if I no longer have a membership to train MMA after the first 6 months, my DTV visa will no longer be valid, right? Even though the visa itself is valid for 5 years.

Does anyone know how this works?

Hi everyone,

I entered Thailand on a tourist visa, and after arriving I received approval for the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa).

In a few days, my 60-day tourist visa will expire, and I’m planning to go to Laos to renew it.

Is it problematic to leave and re-enter Thailand with the DTV already approved?

I’d really appreciate any insights or experiences.

I know we have to leave Thailand every 6 months and then re-enter. Does anyone know for how long we have to be out of the country before we can re-enter? Thanks in advance.

Hi all. I am thinking about the multiple entry tourist visa valid for 6 months. I know you must leave and re enter Thailand. Is there a time limit between leaving and re-entry or can I do both same day? Secondly, how much money do I need in the bank to obtain this visa? Thanks

I was in thailand with a single entry tourist visa. I used up all 90 days (overstayed 4) and am now in Koh Rong, Cambodia.

Does anyone know how long I must stay out of Thailand before I can re enter and get another SETV? I have a british passport.

I will be passing through the same border (Tran)

TIA

I am currently in Thailand on visa exempt for 60 days. Returning home 6th April.

Are there any restrictions as to how long I have to wait before returning to Thailand again?

(I want to return to UK for 3 weeks then back to Thailand for 21 days)

So from understanding if I were to leave around the 50 day mark go another like Cambodia for a week and come back would that be okay? Would I be able to do something that several times? If my passport is good and I have a place to live with proof

If you do the softpower way lets say with muay thai, will they ask you for new course purchase once you fly back to thailand to get new stamp once your first 6 months are expired? How about the extension way at immigration?

I am planning to stay 6 months per year in thailand and fly back 6 months later
