Maybe find a low cost hotel for a night or two. Hotel does the reporting and therefore no TM30 required?

CM immigration are very hot on filing/updating the TM30. Take TM30 slip to upstairs office at Promenada within 24 hours of returning to the address and they will stamp and update the form with the new number from the landing/departure card.

Tenant has to complete the TM28. Usually it ends up just being the TM30.

Do you not screen your ‘friends’ or just accept anyone who asked? I’ve had several requests from people with almost blank profiles. Unless I know them personally they get deleted.

Photo/Copy shop next to immigration at Promenada can supply these. Copies are 2Thb each. Don't know the cost of photos though.

What should I do if the 90-day reporting website for Thailand keeps crashing?

It's actually MS Edge that I am using. Any reports of this not working? May have to switch to Firefox instead? Mind you, at this rate, it would have been quicker to head for Promenada and do it manually! 😁
