Who is responsible for filing TM30 when changing apartments in Chiang Mai?

We're currently in an apartment where the landlord submitted a TM30 (we have the stamped stub).

We are moving to a new apartment with a different landlord on Monday.

Do we complete a TM30 and take to immigration or should it be the landlord to do this?

In Chiang Mai, do I need to report change of address to immigration and if so, is it at the airport or at Promenade? Thanks.

but I do believe you can file a TM.30 at the airport but I think you can only do a change of address at Promenada

From what I have read and understand the landlord is completely responsible for the TM30 not the occupants
