TM30 question when having more than one lease.
If I have have a lease that runs for another two months and take out a second lease on another property what reporting is necessary by either landlord (or me) if I choose to stay mainly in one and occasionally the other location? Both would be in the same immigration office zone that do like TM30s. Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When holding two leases in Thailand and staying mainly in one location while occasionally visiting the other, reporting requirements for TM30 may differ. It appears that in Chiang Mai, the TM30 form is primarily significant when re-entering the country rather than for internal travel. It is advised to file the TM30 for the address associated with your visa extension at the immigration office and to not worry much about the other property.
