But advertising for insurers is okay? I know the rules in this group, but it seems there are double standards here. Advertisements for insurance companies okay, a hint who can help with visa issues is not okay.

I know, I'm on a O visa, and 800'000 THB in the Thai bank account is guarantee enough for the immigration that you are able to cover hospital costs, while OA and OX don't need this amount in a Thai account. But check out this. It might work with an insurance which is not on the list. At least it's worth to try.

Bad news, you need an insurance which is on the list. I have international health insurance that covers 400'000 Euros, includes COVID, but is not on the list. Not good enough for Thai authorities, as they want their national insurers to make the big money.

Seems they do everything to support the private sector, the insurance companies, but nothing at all for their people suffering from the lack of tourists. That's called pure capitalism. Give the rich, take from the poor.

A little tip: Delete your post immediately! I know a guy who was kicked out of this group because he recommended a legal visa service in Thailand to someone with visa issues. Advertising for anything is strictly forbidden by the group administration. You have agreed to these conditions when you applied for group membership.

Probably some of these Folks who now want to stay in a safe country, are the ones who call the Coronavirus a hoax and reject real war refugees in their own home countries.
