Been tracking this issue for a while. It seems that anyone working for a company who can’t/won’t satisfy the correct criteria for an application made to internal Thai immigration will have to get a new non-imm single b every 90 days. A significant cost and also more time off work. I know a few that are going to be affected as their non-imm b multi’s run out.
yes.. lots of ‘can’t do’s’ here when I’m aware of many contradictions. As Todd says if he’s able to easily finance his way here AND stay here on a Non-O based on marriage then he’ll have the time and space to look for an employer.. There are possibilities. For instance, with the backing of your employer you can apply for a work permit with only a TEFL albeit with limitations. Some schools also employ ‘educators’ and get around it that way. It’s very subjective. Make sure you get your UK police check before you come, best of luck. 👍
Len Manuel Arsenue I am sure if you post it here your question will be answered, as all of mine have. I also took the same approach here a while ago and posted a variation of the OP’s original question.. and was advised by admin to create my own post. I did and I got my answer, I hope you get yours. Good luck 😉
You have to consider the fact databases and networks are continuously being updated and integrated at a significant rate. Combine this with enhanced ID hardware, it’s only reasonable to assume that a higher number of undesirables will be identified and turned away.
