Just looking for confirmation from those in the know 🙂 my friend has a non-immigrant O visa (marriage) and is due to bounce about now.. I’m aware of the ‘amnesty’ but just to be sure/to reassure what’s his course of action?  Many thanks in advance 🙏🏻

thanks for your quick response 🙂 so after the amnesty/when(if) the borders are open he can bounce without penalty of overstay (at the border)?
